Sometimes, unconventional methods are necessary when it comes to recruiting skilled workers. In this regard, we developed and implemented a new strategy for waste disposal company Reloga. We produced a cinema spot for a job advertisement. It was shown in local theatersand targeted young people. Interestingly, the main actors in the spot were the employees themselves. Additional informational material was provided at the cinema box office after the film. The strategy proved successful, as the first applicants didn’t take long to respond.
