The demographic change in Germany is leading to a shortage of skilled workers in numerous industries. To be successful in recruiting personnel, it is necessary to stand out and make oneself visible. For this purpose, we have produced recruiting videos for the waste management company AVEA to attract apprentices. The videos are intended to motivate young people to start an apprenticeship at AVEA while also addressing societal issues such as labor shortages, demographic change, and the climate crisis.
The recruiting campaign targets apprentices for various professions, from industrial mechanics to professional drivers. It was important to us that the videos not only provide factual information but also convey emotions and dynamism, so that we can deliver a message that excites young people. In this way, AVEA can counteract the shortage of skilled workers.
