Streaming is becoming increasingly popular. For many people, this form of entertainment is more convenient, flexible, and diverse than traditional linear television. In particular, FAST-TV channels are on the rise as they are free to access and are not funded through subscriptions but rather through advertising. Samsung has also successfully embraced this model in recent years. More than 11 million households in Germany already use Samsung TV-PLUS, where they can consume content across a wide range of genres, including feature films, series, and shows, as well as documentaries.
Since the end of 2022, Infokontor has been a contractual partner of Samsung. The cooperation agreement with Samsung focuses on the production of non-fictional high-quality content. This allows us to entertain and inform viewers with our high-tech and science documentaries on Samsung TV Plus. We already have our first sponsor partners on board for our documentaries, and the first content productions have already been broadcasted.
